Prepared with the right equipment – a dry suit, a good undergarment and reliable gloves – a winter dive on a sunny icy day like this is a great thing. Although the visibility at this dive spot was not the best that day, we did make a very fortunate discovery that made the whole dive worthwhile all by itself. Hot tea and a nice chat after an hour under water made for a fine afternoon.
